I can't use scales!

Hi I've been on SW for a week now and went to do my first weigh in today but I couldn't...
I'm disabled and a wheelchair user, so due to my balance being very poor the scales wouldn't give a reading, but I feel like seeing the numbers in writing would help motivate me and tell me if I'm doing well, kinda feel disheartened now.

A bit of a long shot but Do you have a partner who could weigh themselves first, then weigh whilst holding you in their arms and then calculate the difference?

I'm sorry this is difficult for you x

I'll have another think. X

Would taking your measurements be an option? For example waist, hips etc?

I know what you mean about needing to see the numbers. It does help to see that we are losing, even if it doesn't feel obvious in our eyes.

Again, because I struggle to stand I doubt measurements would be any good but nice idea, thanks x
