i was so hungry last night.... i ate:(. The thing is, i know i could have made a wiser choice,but NO!! i had to be a pig. I'm so pst off with myself, gained 2lb this morning.:eek: I've got my wi on sat, not looking forward to it now. Oh well..moan over, i hope all of u are doing better than me.:break_diet:

it'd only be water and will be back off by saturday with a little more besides hopefully. just remember how bad u feel and dont do it again. get glugging the water and good luck with WI. xxx

Hi Linda, hope you're well. I reckon if you keep up the diet and drink lots of water you will still have a loss on your WI day. Don't let one blip ruin the rest of your diet xxx
