I cheated but OH MY GOD

We had guests tonight and decided to get in a take away curry. I decided not to take a tablet with it and I had a byriani without sauce so at least I wasn't having all that gee. And I was the only one having the byriani so I froze half of it (normally I would have scoffed the lot myself :eek:).

Well, boy did I have side effects :eek: There was a LOT of fat in that half byriani - and that was without taking a tablet.

It will be a long while before I defrost the other half ;)

dont worry too much, its saturday and maybe look at it as a naughty break and get on track again tomorrow.. and for what its worth I have drank alot of white wine tonight so my cal's have prob gone way overboard oops

Back on track this morning. Going to try and be extra good today to make up for it.

I had a bloated stomach and bad wind all night lol - serves me right.

Thing is, it's my weigh in tomorrow. What a stupid time to have a blow out :eek:

Don't be too hard on yourself. I know that on previous diets I used to do the same thing (and I have no doubt I will do the same on this diet too) just before WI in time. Just on previous diets I thought, oh well, I might as well just have the rest, keep on going etc.

However you have got straight back on track today which is really admirable. Keep on going - you are doing really well! xxx
I have managed to stay away from curries, which I love. When we have had Indian I had chicken tikka main course and half a potion of bolied rice with the salad and mint sauce it was still yummy.

having said that, I have been naughty with other things at times, were only human and your back on track thats the main thing and you had less than you would have had before.
