I know I just posted but I felt so depressed and awful that I just ate 2 cookies, and 3 ham sadwiches with mayo and tomato!....but I needed it.. I felt so down and awful that I needed some stimulant!...

Ive lost 2 pounds away from 3 stone in 9 weeks and this is the first day Ive cheated!...

Hi Emma

You've done really well so far, so remember that. Ok, you've slipped up today, but maybe now is time to re-evaluate why you want to lose weight, think of how you will feel when you are where you want to be. All of those feelings are going to be better than how you felt eating those foods. Just don't beat yourself up about it. It's one day, you can start again and have another 9 brilliant weeks.

You've done so well upto now, so just forget the slip and get back on the wagon. It's not always easy but you'll get there - just look at your losses so far, they're great, so you know you can do it. x


Trying to stay positive..
I haven't cheated yet, and I am just finishing the 3rd month of CD. Not that I didn't want to, but what I always tell myself is that even if I eat smth, I will take away the craving for a day, maybe two, and then I'll have the craving again. I keep saying to myself that it won't help a bit, and I'll just end up feeling shitty. Also, in order to take away at least some of the craving for food, I jump from SS and SS+ once in a while, so sometimes I do SS, and sometimes SS+. It keeps me from cheating I guess:)
u think thats bad last night i had a bounty revels crisps starburst drifter all full packs not a bite! and 2 toast and half a chease sanwhich pasta and half a sausage 2 chease rolls 1 bottle of wine i can of beer another bag of crisps 10p bag of haribo rice and fried plantain oh and a cambridge shake ive so screwed up i cant even bear thinking about it
