I cheated last week...

Cheated several times last week which I'm not best pleased at, as I was on holiday the week before and gained 8lbs. I lost 7lbs of it this week but I know if I hadn't of cheated I would have lost alot more!!

But I will be 100% this week and the coming weeks. My goal is to be in the 14s by Xmas, and then be at goal (12:7) by my birthday in April.
 
Well what is done is done, you have acknowledged it, put it behind you and move on. You are nearly back to scratch of what you gained and you LOST again. Just think before CD you would have gained 8lbs and then prob more with what you are now identifying as "cheats". Have a little stop and think how you felt about those cheats, was it worth it? Probably not, did you feel terrible after it? Probably. Now put them thoughts away tick that box as done and move one. New day, new week, new start, new you
