Step 1 Sole Source I cheated :(

I cheated last night and had some chips:( I'm so annoyed at myself been thinking about it all day don't know why I done it can't stand having another bar or apple cinnamon porridge :( is that me out of ketosis now? :((
 
Aaaagh, not the best thing to cheat on. It would take you out of ketosis but you will get in again quite quickly (it won't be a long as the original time, as your glycogen store won't be as high). Just make sure you get straight back onto Cambridge, it is very easy to let one slip lead to another and so on.

It's not the end of the world, but next time head for some chicken.
 
Ahh thank you:) I went straight back on this morning was so annoyed at myself for doing it god sake I'm getting weighed on Tuesday aswell probs not lost much or anything at all :/
 
I cheated yesterday too! I had a bit of rice a bit of naan bread and meat! I was so tired after work had no energy! But i feel bad!! But iv not felt any hunger pangs and im getting worried. Iv had my cwp products and 3 lts water so far! I hope ill get back into ketosis x
 
My CDC gave me some good advice (that I didn't get the first time around)

If your body is really telling you to cheat (Not just, oh I want some chocolate/chips/pizza) But I'm so tired/weak/dizzy that I'm going to pass out, then cheat. But do it with the right things. On day 4 I forgot to take my packs into work, so I had nothing to eat all day, so I text my CDC and asked what I could have. She told me an omelet is good, or go to subway and get a chicken salad. They won't knock you out of ketosis, and they will hopefully kill your need to eat. I think this way, you can stop feeling bad about having to eat when you can't resist anymore. I managed to get home in time, but I ate 3 packs at once to stop myself having to get something solid, wasn't my proudest moment, but it worked.

So just try and aim your self at something more helpful next time and all will be good :)
 
I have so much admiration for those on SS, I wanted to go back on this but had to start on 810 as my BMI was too high so I thought I'd give it a go and then move to SS once my BMI was under 40. Having said that, it's the 810 that has kept me on this diet and I am sure that if I was on SS I would have cheated by now and it's that extra meal that is keeping me sane right now! It means I can socialise with friends and still feel like I'm eating something.
I'm sure you will overcome this and get back on track but if it ever gets too much then I'd seriously recommend 810 - if you're not in a hurry to lose the weight then the ddifference between SS and 810 is 1lb a week :)

Don't worry about it :) what has happened has happened.. just learn from it and go for the healthier -and more filling foods when you just need to eat!

ss is pretty hardcore and sometimes i just want to eat something, the bars are good for that but when you just want something savoury have a look at the ss+ and go for something like that. Stay away from carbs so you dont knock out of ketosis, my CDC said you have your 3 packs a day and if you want to eat, eat! just remember they are just extra calories you dont actually need

This diet won't be forever if you stick to it :) then you can enjoy food! xxxxxx keep strong
