if u got a pain in ur chest, b sure to mention it to ur doctor,just lets them know how your doing on the program.im glad u've realised that u need to make time for the shakes, its really important cos its basically the only nutrients ur getting!u seem to know what ur doing so i wish u luck and keep us posted!!xx

back on the lt tomorro i had a slight issue today with some sorta strange reaction.. tongue went all swollen and throat closed over..possibly due to a cat allergy.. my kitten had kittens lol.
