Okay so I went on holiday and I ate ... and ate quite a bit actually. Than I convinced myself I would go to SW because of this glitch

But I don't want to go to food - my relationship with it is bonkers enough and obviously unresolved ! So back on LL - hurrah.

Have the ketosis chilly hands already - instead of eating, I bought some gloves (might eat them though )
