We went away on Friday morning, I'd done 2 red days all ready, on Friday and Saturday I did red, took loads of salads and meats, we were sitting outside MEN all day, so had plenty. Saturday night I just hit rock bottom, I was cold, my tummy was rock hard and in so much pain. I bough a burger and chips, had them and felt 100% again. Strange, but my body cannot handle red days at all, I need my carbs. I was amazed by how much it affected me. So occasional red for me, not more than 3 in a row.
