I did it! :D (contains food mentions)

I was really worried about my friend's bbq this evening, I thought I was gonna cave in to the burgers (until someone said theirs was pink in the middle :jelous:) and when they brought out the chicken kebabs I soo nearly gave in!

My friend was saying 'It's chicken! It'll be fine! It's only got 2g carbs!'
And I had to say 2g was too much :p

It was made much easier by the fact it had a bbq-ey sauce on it. :) So I could convince myself it would take me out of ketosis!

Here's to tomorrow :D (work) let's see if I can resist hotdogs for 4 hours! :p
