It's still hard not to step on my mums or nanna's scales when I visit them, but then even when I do it makes no difference anyway as I don't know what they're like compared to the slimming world ones anyway lol

Having been anorexic in my teens I have to genuinely say you are doing a wonderful thing for your kids by not passing on the obsession.
I weigh myself once a week, same scales, same spot, nude. if I wasn't doing the plan from home I wouldn't have any scales in the house at all.
Be brave (I know it's really hard) and break the cycle x
