Ok so I had a naughty day yesterday and ate carbs - not many but moule and frites that oh had for dinner were just too much so I had some and a glass of vino. Ho hum and never mind I said to myself and back on PP day today expecting hunger pangs all day. Nothing, zip, nada - not remotely hungry. Ate my galette for brekki and had some tuna at lunch. Yay! Firmly back on the wagon!
