i hate the weekends this is my 2nd week and ive not cheated at all but now i want to have a sneaky bit of food but i know i will be mad with myself its really annoying
its not worth the guilt you will feel and think how proud of yourself you will be if you resist,god that sounds like it should be on an eating disorder website xx
Just think how NOT worth it it'd be it'd prob knock you outta ketosis and ya'd have to go threw the first few days again!!!
You've resisted this long just take it one day at a time x
