i dont think i can do this anymore

i dont think i ca do cd anymore, i am determined to loose weight, but i am really moody cos i cant socialise, i no some people say ya stll can, but i am findin it impossible, so far i have already missed out on 2 of my mates birthdays, everyone is going out to celebrate wen the uni work is finished, i usually have a once a week catch up with my girlies for lunch which i now cant do, and all i keep doing is thinking of food

i am seriosuly thinkin of doing slimming world instead

Awwww you can still socialise drinking water.....! You dont have to get tipsy to have a laugh.....If you feel you are missing out .....its your choice. Depending on how much weight you have to get off.....of course. If its around a stone maybe a change would help...but then dont forget you are likely to gain some weight initially once you start eating.

Hope you make the right choice for you.

its not so much the drinking, its the eating with them, we often used to go out for lunch, or for a meal to celebrate somthin, i no its my own fault for eating in the 1st place to get me to this size tho :(

Taking a mini break myself,because I'm finding it hard to have the energy to work the long hours I have to.
Maybe you could take a break, or consider the 1000 plan.
You have to do, what is best for you,It's only you that know's what is best for you.

Stacey.......to be honest. It's really up to you.

I cannot cope with Slimming world. The choice is just too much and if I could have done portion control I wouldn't have an eating problem!!

I'm at Uni too and have all the same situations you do.....when my friends are eating, I'm drinking coffee. It's really not a problem because I am comfortable with it and my friends aren't bothered that I'm not eating.

You really have to think of what you want or can manage.

am half debatin on as soon as one of my flatmates come in, give them my bank cards n money n ask them to keep them until tomorrow so i cant go out n buy food

but they will think i am mental

I have a little vault where I can put things in and can put a timer on for up to 24 hours and if you try to open it.....GAWD!!! you get zapped. It's evil......but it does keep bad things like choccie out the way till I'm strong again!!!

I think you are having a blip hun , we all get them and doing these diets are soo hard , but dont give up .
You can still go and have a drink with friends just stick to water hun , go for a meal with them too , take a bar or a shake with you .
Just because you are dieting to make yourself nice and slim dont mean you have to miss out .

I have heard that cd has a few different plans , speak to your cdc next time you weigh in and maybe they can take you off ss'ing and put you on the plan that will suit your needs better x

Dont give up thou hun , you will feel so proud of yourself for sticking to you cd plan x

Its really hard when youve blipped thats why i try to get those around me doing CD and LT to keep going !!!!

soooo worth it in 2 months time xxx
