Hi I recently started WW but from what I can fathom you do count the points for it. I found this out by using the WW online points tracker. I have a pint of SS milk and count it as 4 points. I prob wont use half of it but i allow myself the pint for cups of tea, cereal and if I ever have to cook a meal with it. Hope this helped.
I drink that ONE milk (well Tesco's equivalent) and have just done a conversion into pints and for 1 pint it would 5.69 pts rounded up to 6 points! I only ever have maybe 1 or 2 cups of tea a day and I always point them as ½ a point each
semi skimmed or skimmed, i dont point my tea because im usualy loads under my points by the end of the day see "is there such thing as eating too few points" i rarely go above 13 a day and im allowed 20.
I got it from the ww online points tracker, it does all the pointing for you and i searched for the milks. Its also in that book i got with the ww monthly pass. I thought yours seemed really high but I thought you were into posh coffee's or something. lol.
Not at all, as I said I drink max 2 cups a day and that's at a push but I'm going to check my books here and compare the two milks and I dont mind going back to semi-skimmed milk if that's the lower one.
Why on earth would you think I drink posh coffee or have anything posh in fact?
pmsl sorry, I don't know. lol. I just thought you might. You seem a posh coffee sort of man. I meant that as a compliment btw. I just assume everyone is posh i think. lol. Might be cos I'm sooooooo not posh! lol. If you find I'm wrong about the milk thing will you let me know pls.
I personally think coffee is the worst thing in the world. The colour, smell, taste, everything! My hubby drinks it. It don't even look good in the jar. lol. I do like the smell of real coffee when he does it in the perculator coffe machine thingy but the jar stuff is a whole different story. lol.

god knows whats in that One milk then if its working out that much
I can't stand the stuff myself and always drink my coffee black and my tea with lemon
I do get my calcium though cos i do love a yogurt lol just as well really cos knowing my luck it'd be me ending up with brittle bones
