I''m convinced I've not lost anything this week. Was doing really well until I came off plan for a camping trip, got back onto SS+ as soon as I came back and did lose 1lb last week which wasn't bad considering what I'd eaten and drunk.
I managed to stay on track until Friday night when I went baby sitting and got in at 3am starving, I caved and had a sandwich and it's been a slippery slope since I had another late night baby sitting on Saturday and I'm just so tired, keep nibbling at little things here and there, not doing myself any favours I know and need to get my head back where it was at the beginning and have a good nights sleep!
