I EAT TOO MUCH ..

Hi Alice,
I understand your pain as I love food. I eat even when I know I'm not hungry as I REALLY just LOVE food!! All the things that have been said make sense, especially the thing about the smaller plates....I have just got smaller bowls as I am addicted to pasta and need to cut down!!
If you aren't able to get out much, how about sticking an exercise bike or something infront of the telly? I got through the whole of Eastenders on Monday night before I noticed that I had cycled over 8 miles! That has to be worth at least 1 yorkshire pudding!!
 
l can completely sympathise and have read this thread and taken the advice and I'm going to apply to my own meal times xx
