I feel like i've just had a 5 course meal!

I actually feel ill!

I had a banana bliss at 9.45 about 1.5litres of water and i've just finished my lunch break at work and had a potato and leek soup and feel really full!! dont think i will have my last shake till at least 9pm

btw i am not complaining of course i am glad to feel full not hungry but still...i thought my bloating days were over :rolleyes:

Why not split the packs and have 6 smaller ones through the day. That may help.

I don't have my 1st shake until 1 ish, 2nd around 4:30 and the last at 7ish.
