Hi everyone,
Only day 2 and since i'm not used to eating this kind of food, i actually feel like i've put on loads of weight! I feel bloated and bunged up. Is this normal and how long will i feel like this? I can imagine how people give up so early on (not that i'm going to). It's so hard to believe that eating this kind of food will actually help you to lose weight
