i feel really bad

i was doing very well with cd, that is until friday, i went out to london to see family and a full indian meal and saturday i went to nandos. Today i had some peanut butter. I keep picking on real food, and have only drunk 1pint of water,

I really need to get back on track.

Also iv been weighinh myself everyday -
tuesday (day 1) 9st 12.8
thursday (day3) 9st 9.2
and this morning im still 9st 9 but out of ketosis, Im not sure why i havent put on weight after my weekend binge?

Aww hun stop beating yourself up none of us are perfect we just have to learn from it and carry on .This diet is so worth the extra effort but there are other ways so dont give up just find the time and diet that suits you xxxxx

Are you SSing, as Sue says your BMI is a little low to be doing SS and that could be why you are finding it so hard.
