I feel so weak :(

Hey girls/guys,

Just wanted a bit of advice. I have just started week 4 and am starting to feel really weak and tired. It started last night, i just tossed and turned and today i have woken up very light headed. I have had one shake early and plan to have the next one soon. How long will i feel like this for? I am deffinately determined and want to get through it, i just need to know that i will start feeling better! Any advice on what to do to make me feel better? How long will this feeling last?! If i had 4 shakes today could that help?

Hi there i know alot of people struggle with week 4, me included. I wouldn't have 4 shakes though as you will be 1 down for another day. Try and get through this week and it should get better, if you really have to eat something keep to a bit of chicken breast/tun in spring water or white fish. None of these should you have any dressing or oil with, you must cook them only with water or grill. Good luck with the evil 4th week, i can so understand what you are going through but it won't last forever i promise!
Hi, hope you don't mind me putting my views. Are you drinking enough. Also do you feel weak or hungry because if you don't feel hungry you may find eating something will be the start of a slippery slope to eating and before you know it you will be eating more and more, and even though they may be no carb or low carb foods, it may trigger you wanting to eat other stuff. Also are you diabetic, as even though you may not be taking your meds for diabetes, a diet such as Lipotrim may trigger lower readings than others.

I wish I could do Lipotrim but it is never as easy as the first time, and after many restarts I can't get beyond day 7 or so, and also the constipation issue puts me off.

Hi, I feel much better now. The faintness has passed thank god. I did up my water and had my shakes earlier than usual and that helped. I didnt eat anything in the end :) I think i have heard that feeling crap can mean that the next day you lose more.... so hopefully that was it ;)
Try drinking sparlking water... fills you up and different taste, have baths, early nights and read to have a good nights sleeep... not sure any of it will work but does for me :):)
