I feel weird!!!

Hello all,

All morning I have been feeling a bit weird, sort of shaky and fidgety, almost like I've had 5 Red Bulls in one go.

I've been on CD for a month now and never had this feeling before, it's a bit scary, can't really explain it properly either.

Has anyone ever felt like this??

Your blood pressure might be high or something, I dont know! I have never had this before, maybe a sign of pure ketosis and ur body has loads of energy?

Maybe someone slipped something into my chocolate shake this morning

Thanks ladies, I think I might have figured out what it is. My period is due any day now so I am thinking it could be the hormones etc that are playing a bit of havoc with my system.
That's what i'm going for anyway
