After such a good wi I thought I'd treat myself and aint stopped all day

I agree too.... or as i said before an higher plan 810-1000 and work your way down instead.!! xAs Gg said in her first post.
Can I ask what your CDC is doing to help you with these recurring issues? Is this the right diet for you to be on at the moment? xx
