i forgot my shake for lunch

If you don't mind having a ss+ meal you could have the cottage cheese and a bit of salad. You can have 225g of low fat cottage cheese, or 180g tuna in water, or 120g of chicken or turkey, along with 2tbsp of green salad.

Hope this helps - might be worth keeping a spare shake or two in a drawer at work or in the bottom of your handbag:)
yeah.. I really wish i did now.. me and a friend are going for drinks at lunch now so will have to quickly pop into tesco express and get a salad to munch on at my desk-what a pickle!

i find the quickest easiest thing to do is get a small pack of the plainest chicken breast, it will definately not knock you out of ketosis and will keep the cals and fat on track :)
