I found a pair of my old jeans.....

and OMG I can't believe how big they are / I was! Total mixture of joy and sadness when I held these things up..... mostly joy though :cry:

I got out this old top as well, this used to be my "comfort" top as it fitted me almost OK, was still tight around the belly though - now it's like a dress!!!! ('fitted' tshirt for comparison )

So that's given me the little extra bit of inspiration to make sure the past weekend doesn't get to me!

I know just what you mean about the happy sad emotions Pete. I looked at my big clothes, and could not believe how much I had hated myself for over 20 years. Why?????? What gets in our heads??

Anyway - the joy won over, but it candefniately be an emotional thing.
