Well damage is done now so no point beating yourself up over it! Just don't let it happen again!!! The sandwhich may or may not have taken you out of ketosis. So just forget about it all and straight back on TFR. Don't restart tomorrow, continue from NOW! Don't be tempted to think - well since I've already broken it, I may as well also eat............. Stop now!

When you feel your resolve weakening come on here BEFORE you eat and get your butt kicked before you offend!

Seriously just put it behind you and onwards and upwards (or downwards as that is how your weight will go!).

thank you, well too late i didn't stop at a sandwich..... but i want to lose weight more so thanks for the kick up the arse i needed it.... its always weekends or boredom with me...... hope i havent done too much damage and i hope i dont feel ill again in a few days.... thanks again

i think it is the boredom rather than being hungry. I have been trying to keep busy, thrown all our food out, and thrown 8 bin bags of old clothes out, between me and OH and set up the wii fit in our bedroom so we can take an hour out each to excercise. If i sit still i think about food, but am not tempted now as the only thing in the fridge now is water bottles and everything else is frozen!!!!!

We're only human doll. Just remember at the end of the day regardless of how you choose to lose weight food is always going to be a constant. The way you choose to ignore it is what matters. Forget the blip and focus on getting back on track. Dont let one slip ruin everything for you.

just get back on the waggon. .we are all have done it at some point on diets it happens but the trick is to get back on the track.beckyblue is right try to keep your self busy you wont even think about it every time i stop and i want food i get a bottle of water.stay positive x
