I just had 2 desert spoonfuls of red cabbage that my mum cooked earlier and a small piece of cheddar about the size of a matchbox.

totm today and i was soooo hungry, i know its really bad i'm ss ing. but on the other hand it was not a lot and i feel really satisfied.

Back on 100% tomorrow, i'm not going to beat myself up about it.

sorry possibly a pointless thread. Do you think i'll be knocked out of ketosis? probably due to the cheese.

Hi, cheese is very low carb although high in fat so it won't knock u out of ketosis but it might affect ur weight loss, still... as long as uget back to ss, don't think too much dammage has been done.
