It seems the heavier you are the more you can lose at the start. I'm doing a wee bit of walking but that's about it at the minute. Want to get my body used to the diet 1st for a month before I start punishing it more. Gonna start pumping ron from next weeks to get my Baby's pumped.
Just stick to the TFR 100% and the weight should shift. I'm down 2 notches on my belt and able to fit into clothes that never fitted before. it's a nice boost.
