i hate mother nature

i seriously swear i am up 2 no good !
i put 3 on this week and totally gutted . followed plan all week then bam on sat it went to pot. hoping for a loss next week .Any suggestions on what i can have as a free breakfast?:mad:
 
Quorn sausage, bacon, beans, egg and fried mushrooms. Cant beat an EE breakfast!

Chin up babes, that 3lb will be gone before you know it :) x
 
Sw chips with lean bacon omlette and beans yum!!
 
Idont have time to cook breakfast (if I do its an omelette)
so I have lots of fruit and one or two activia fat free yogs
