i hate my thighs and bottom

after losing more than 3 stone, i now have a healthy bmi index but, my thighs and bottom are still huge, even though im a man ive always had a huge bottom and thighs.

i am seriously considering liposuction but i wondered is there anything else i can do, any excersizes that are good for reducing thighs and bum, i want to do this as i really dont like how i look in jeans and dont like people seeing my legs so shhorts are a no-no.

i dont really want to lose anymore weight as ive found that when im 8 pounds lighter than i am now, my face looks drawn and i look ill.
