I HATE WATER!!

    im on my first day and absoultely hate water any ideas? someone told me there cdc said were allowed volvic lemon and lime water???????????

    No definately not the volvic lemon/lime sorry!! There is an asda water with apple you can have and im sure someone will point you in the direction soon.

    I dont think you have to wait to have it but im sure a cd counsellor will be along soon to say for definate. Dont want to tell you wrong and start you on the wrong foot!!

    Just searched and on a post by cd counsellor Coley she said perfectly clear red apple and perfectly clear strawberry and kiwi were okay as she checked on a cd training day.

    Im also finding it tough Water just is so not nice!!

    Im forcing it down at the moment and Im only on day 2!!

    The more water you can drink the better!

    You can have CD water flavourings from week 2 onwards - otherwise black coffee and black tea. Do you like peppermint tea??

    If you find drinking water on its own difficult add extra water to your shakes. I make my banana up with a pint of cold water and a pint of hot water - so gaining 2 and half pints! Makes me wee all morning though!
