I am pg at the moment but reckon after the babies are born I will have about 56lb to bring me down to a healthy weight range but ideally I would like to lose a bit morfe than that at about 66lbs to bring my bmi well in to thhe healthy range. I will be having the twins in April so hoping to use propoints until then as a way of not gaining to much in pg and then i'm giving myself a year to lose the weight so will be aiming for around 1-1.5lbs per week, think that is realistic.

just start again tomorrow and forget today happenedApprox 140lbs - just had a real blow out whilst watching biggest loser! Really annoyed with myself now. TOTM doesn't help (not that I'm using that as an excuse).
Think I need either my jaws wired (although I would prob liquidise a mars bar) or my stomach stapled!
Sorry but just need to have a moan cause I am just so so so annoyed with myself.
