I have a bunch of ingredients but no idea what to do with them

I have a courgette, sweet potatoe a few carrots a few tomatoes, a big broccoli and lettuce i dont have a blender do you have any good recipes i could use i dont want it to go to waste

My favourite is Pete's peanut chicken curry, but I use sweet potatoes instead of chicken. You could throw all the veg in and freeze the remainder. Pete has a link to all his recipes on his threads I think? Or search

If in doubt I curry everything lol.

Yesterday I made a stew with a bolognaise sauce I found in the freezer.
I love roast sweet potato so you could roast all the veg and make a sauce of some kind?
