i have been making my shakes wrong

    ok have just re read the bag- i have been making my shakes with a pint of water instead of half a pint

    do you think it matters?

    Shouldnt do should it?

    It will just count towards your daily water allowance.

    I was getting really fed up of the shakes and HD told me to try less water. They are much nicer with 200ml of water - give it a try.

    Will do not harm at all, just means u drink more water and lose more weight. x

    how much is that? i dont have a measuring jug? i have been doing it with a pint of water for the past month

    Nope not at all...just adds water to your daily water ... alot of people do this!
