Hi all,
After years of yo-yo dieting, I have decided not to follow any specific diet but to exercise a few times a week and eat healthy. Two years ago I was on a diet ( meal replacement), I lost 3 stone in 3.5 months. Fast forward two years later, I have put back on all the weight plus 1 more
. I am at my heaviest at 18.6stone. I am 5'6 ft which puts me in the obese category. I am struggling with a lot of things and I really need to loose the weight. Slow but surely this time. I guess I just couldn't keep the weight off and just didn't really bother. I need motivation and being on these forums would help me stay focused. Your support is greatly appreciated. We are all on a weight loss journey no matter what diet/ programme we are following. Good luck to all.
