Thank you lovely ladies, I appreciate your comments they do motivates me.

I will be taking 3 weeks off the diet as going away on holiday and don't really want to diet and weigh myself whilst away lol. Next weigh in will be at Week 17 so fingers crossed I don't over eat and put loads of weight on. Good Luck to all on the weight loss journey. I will be back soon :)
