So, I am going to see a lady about the Cambridge diet today after work. I have done Lipotrim before but found it very hard due to the lack of choice. I know it is close to Christmas but I have been advised that I should SS 2 weeks leading up to Christmas, do SS+ for Christmas and Boxing day and go back on SS after Christmas.
I hope I am more successful with this diet as I am getting married next year - eeek
