Was that the wrong thing to do? I forgot my shake at home so I just had chicken breast with brocolli and cauliflower. I weighed myself this morning and weighed 9.13 so I've probably put on 2lbs.
Dont rely on other scales this is my previous experince because they dont weigh the same i have my meal at lunch as i find it easier but i think you will be fine is this your first weigh in??xx
