Just keep telling myself two more days till weigh in!! I really hope I lose a decent amount, il be gutted after having not eaten any food for a week and drinking shed loads of water and only lose 2lb! I'm sure it will be more than that I feel like I've lost more than that, I think I need to stop worrying about it! Thank you for ure support! X

hey im with raring on this just keep at it. day 4 and 5 are a killer! all silly things are going through your head! just keep pushing on and you will be so grateful on weigh in day!! we believe in you,,keep at it,,,maybe an early night is a good idea? youve had a busy day! x
