I have to go to a chinese all you can eat on sunday. help!

Its my mums birthday and i cant get out of it.. plus i dont want to sabotage my weight loss this week (its my first week on sw)

So if I stick to soup for starter, sushi and maybe something like a chicken in black bean sauce with boiled rice do you think Im going to ruin it for myself or should i be ok? x any tips
 
Just stick to boiled rice, noodles and the dishes without batter and go steady on the sauces if possible, damage limitation! Enjoy your meal and happy birthday to you mum x
