I HAVE to lose weight... I can't take anymore! :(

    Hello everyone.

    I had a diary on here just over a year ago and managed to lose some weight but the stresses of university didn't work alongside my dieting. I started fresh on Sunday and determined to lose weight!

    I am 20 years old and weigh in at 231 pounds or 16 stone 7 at the moment but that is all going to change. I will be counting calories and exercise ALOT more!

    I look forward to meeting other people :)

    Thankyou everyone :) diet has been too bad this week but moving house today and over weekend so got no fridge etc for some time and very stressful so don't know what will happen on the diet side!

    good luck. i have a similar problem gave up when it started pouring essays and exams! but getting back into the swing of it and taking advantage of a calmer few months before i hit the ground running in september! go for it!

    Good luck with the house move :) Just try to adapt to eating what you can get access to, and make good choices...but don't beat yourself up if you fall by the wayside, the important thing is to get back on the track when you can!!!! :)

    when life return to 'normal' you'll find it so much easier anyway :D
