Really? I am of the firm belief that a bit of exercise helps boost the metabolisim and kick starts ketosis.....
works for me!! The first time I did cambridge my brother (PT trainer) helped me exercise. My WI week 1 was -16lbs.
I guess its good to settle into it but when you need to loose weight some gentle exercise is a plan!
30day shred isnt gentle mind.....far from it! So maybe waiting for a bit before you start is a plan............I got there in the end! Sorry for the rambling!!!!!!!!
