Hi all

I lost weight with sw 2 years ago but have alas put most of it back on :eek:. I have tried to lose it with ww a vlcd and all sorts of other ideas but I still keep coming back to sw.

I dont want to go to classes yet, maybe in the future but at the mo cant stand the idea of someone else weighing me and I no longer think the classes work for me but the plan def does.

I hope I can go with it this time cos am so fed up of being fat :( but I know this plan works for me and leaves me feeling great :D

Hope to get to know you and become as successful on the plan as you all are :D

Am off to plan my menus for the week in preparation for shopping tomorrow. Am feeling cheerful and positive ready for the off again tomorrow.

You know the plan works, you just have to keep at it to get the results that you want and deserve.
As Cailin said..dont worry about the gain...that will shift in no time at all!
Have a look at the Food diaries section if you get the chance, it will give you some ideas. I dont go to a class as I cant afford it at the moment, but I have managed to loose 7 stones since February last year and if I can do it, then anyone can!!
