I think it belongs here actually! When you do the diet 100%, you see the results quicker, therefore the brain finds it hard to adjust to what it's seeing in the mirror, so you need to check yourself out more often!

Yeah I've found myself looking at me in every shiny/reflective surface! God I've become very vain. I've looked at myself more in the last few weeks than in my whole life time!

Stay away from cars though, they do not reflect well!!!

ha, yes my OH sees me naked and you can guarantee that if i let him buy me underwear there wouldn't be much point in me wearing it as i'm sure you'd still be able to see me naked when i was in it.... which is why i buy it!! ha.
