Induction I know it's not about cals...but

I know calories don't matter as much as the carbs do but just wondering how many do you guys eat?



Start date: June 6th 2013
Start weight: 145lbs (approx)
Goal weight: 120lbs
 
Lol couldn't tell you... As restricting carbs restricts calories too, it's only carbs yr counting, forget calories and sat fats from other diets...LC is a lifestyle not a diet :0)
