I'm up a half a pound o_O

I know I probably shouldn't have weighed myself, especially in the afternoon and after 2 litres of water already drunk for the day... and it's my TOTM, but still... meh.

My kid is driving me nuts today, so that's not helping.

Just generally all round bummed out today. God knows what I'll lose this week, even if I lose anything at all! Still want to stick with the maintenance plan to lose weight though, I know I can't commit to the TFR at the moment.

Ack! Just venting people... it's all good.. just needed a bit of a winge.

Keep away from the scales, hon. You really are better to weigh in just once a week at the same time. Don't be down if your loss this week is not what you hoped for as you said it was totm. Also remember that losses through maintenance will be pretty much the same as any strict healthy eating diet.
TFR wasn't for you so just hang in there. The losses will come nice and steady on the plan you are on.
