    Guys,

I know I am probably going to get a telling off but lately I just cant stand the shakes as shakes-but I love them as cookies. So i microwave them for 2 minutes. I know this is bad as I am only on three shakes a day at the moment. What can happen? My councellor said it shouldn't really make a difference but I have read that its bad.

When you cook packs, you kill off some of the nutrients in them so you would not be getting your daily RDA of vitamins/minerals etc. :)

It will if your body does not have sufficient nutrients. Your body will be pushed into starvation mode and your weight loss will stop. Best advice is not to cook packs at all. You can have shake packs hot or cold if you wish. :)

It can affect your weightloss but more importantly can affect your health.

Each pack contains one third of your daily nutrional requirements by destroying nutrients in one pack are are going below safety level.

If you really must make cookies have 4 packs a day.
