I Lost 125 LBS!

Hello, my name is Gregory and I was inspired to lose weight as I was writing a book. I lost 125 pounds by setting a daily caloric limit and slowly but surely slimmed down over the course of a year and a half (no exercising). I also started following the "Big Breakfast" diet towards the end which I highly recommend!

Height: 5' 10''
Weight: 280 LBS (Before)
Weight: 155 LBS (After)

Not sure what the big breakfast diet is, but definitely intrigued. Wow, well done you!!
