Ive done weight watchers and slimming world over and over again to death but can honestly say so far this is the only diet where i feel completly in control. OK i know its only day 2 and things can change but Cambridge is great, im doing step 1 and dont need to think about food at all. I dont have to think portion control, count stupid bloody points, decide whether to have a rubbishy green day or red day which is soooo boring. All ive got to do is have my milkshakes or soups, drink loaaaaaaads of water and make sure there is a loo available at all times, this is heaven wish id done it years ago instead of fannying around with the other deadweight diets!
