Its just so so easy!! I had a yogurt and a banana for breakfast, tomato & chilli pasta for lunch (out for lunch - only a little bit or parmesan and no bread - aren't I good! ) and I picked up a chicken in Asda for dinner and to make soup for tomorrow. So dinner is going to be pasta with pesto, tomatoes, peppers, rocket and roast chicken - yuuuummy!!
Feeling great today - so slim and totally confident that I can actually stick to it this time. I even passed on the massive selection of cakes that everyone was tucking into with thier coffee this morning (polishing my halo as I type )
